Do You or Don't You

RECENTLY, I was doing some Private Coaching with one of my clients. We had a conversation around seizing opportunities when they come to light of doing something bigger and better.

IMG 0739Personally, I really do believe that every challenge in our lives happens for a reason. And that if we can learn to trust our instinct and choose our thoughts carefully, we can figure out how to turn challenges into strengths. Short term pain, Long term gain!

For example, if someone offers you an opportunity and you are not sure whether you can do it, are you the type of person that would say "YES" then learn how to do it later because you might never get the same opportunity twice? - We all act in different ways.

Walk the Talk

WOULD YOU tell people to do things you haven't or wouldn't do yourself? - I think this is a really important question in the world of business, especially your own, because it touches upon the words 'alignment' and 'congruency'.

One principle I do believe here is that where we are now is based around all the decisions and emotions we have experienced in the past, which overtime has created a deeper 'gestalt' at the Unconscious level - 'This is the way it is, kind of thinking!

Personally, when I moved away from thinking about all the stuff I didn't want to have happen in my life and stopped looking over my shoulder at all the things that might go wrong or what others might think, my world changed as if by magic. And that is being openly and truthfully honest with you!

How Do You Know

HAVE YOU EVER stopped for a moment, to think about where your thoughts really come from and why you react differently to specific situations just like the blink of any eye?

Have you ever wanted to achieve something in your life, but as if by magic something stopped you? Perhaps it was just ONE thought, which sprung out of nowhere and made you surrender your ambition for now. 

Fascinating as it sounds, as a human we don't just think about something, for the sake of thinking about something, their is always a TRIGGER point, stored deep inside your Unconscious Mind, which conditions how we respond to IN THE MOMENT situations. Perhaps these triggers are now holding you back, to the point where you feel you are losing your inner power. Maybe you often say to yourself "It's just not me". If truth be told "Yes it is YOU". 

How could you change now for the future?

Well, in NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy™, we believe - "All learning, behaviour and change is done at the Unconscious level". You could learn how to work with your Unconscious Mind that would help you clean up your internal and external communication, both verbally and non-verbally.

So what if, you made those changes at the Unconscious level, what would this do for you in the future? Would you have better relationships, more money, better career, better health, more success, etc?

Remember; thoughts become things!
