TEN YEARS AGO, I was once advised by my Mentor that "Personal Development is the best return on investment anyone could ever do because you have full control over your end result."
Those words remain fresh in my memory, as if they were said just yesterday, and have become a major driving force behind my thirst for learning.
Last Friday, I received some AMAZING news from America confirming that after study and successful tests, I now hold the title Certified MASTER Trainer of Time Line Therapy™ awarded by the Time Line Therapy Association (TLTA). Words cannot explain how amazing I feel putting this newsletter together right now.
My thirst for learning about the uniqueness of Time Line Therapy (TLT) techniques, all started on an NLP Practitioner course. At the time, all I knew about TLT was from reading a book called Time Line Therapy and the Basis of Personality, and this made me very curious to know more.

RECENTLY I successfully completed the 33rd Loftus & Whitby Poultry Run 2016, which consisted of running 10 miles, across the North Yorkshire Moors through muddy farmer fields and up steep incline hills
Over the last two years, from a health, physical, and mental perspective, I have personally seen and felt the benefits that running can deliver.
One of my greatest achievements in running took place on the 13th of September, 2015. This was the actual date I completed the Great North Run, which consisted of 13.1 miles, and was a personal goal I had set myself to achieve before my 40th Birthday. Going past the finishing line was as if I won the Olympics, I felt totally AMAZING, and this was a real WOW MOMENT!
Not bad for someone who struggled to run 1 mile a year before this big event. So, just how did this transformation come about ...

ONE OF MY FAVOURITE inspirational quotes in life is "You get what you focus on, so make sure you focus on what you want." And this is so true, not just in life today, but in your whole life.
Wherever you are right now in your life is a result of your past thinking and all those decisions you have made to date, whether they are good or not so good. The key question here is - "Are you fulfilled with where you are now?"
The difference that really does make the difference here, is what we would describe in NLP terms as: CAUSE (Results) and EFFECT (Reasons).
An example of this would be, if I give you two invisible t-shirts, one which said "VICTIM", and the other that said "VICTOR". With this in mind, you might think these t-shirts are actually 100% invisible all the time. However after a while or maybe under a different light, these t-shirts do become visable, so that other people can see the actual word in big letters across your chest that aligns your actual behaviour.
